The MAN TGX 41.640 8x4 heavy transport truck with WSK torque converter was ordered at MAN trucks dealer Thieu van Dorst in Goes. This 640 hp monster has a D-38 Euro 6 engine and is equipped with every possible luxury to pamper the driver.

In Terneuzen, a lot of work is being carried out on a New Sluice Terneuzen. With a length of 427 meters, a width of 55 meters and a depth of 16.44 meters, the New Sluice becomes one of the largest locks in the world. In terms of dimensions, the Terneuzen lock is comparable to the locks in the Panama Canal, but slightly smaller than the Kieldrecht lock near Antwerp (in use in 2016) and the new sea lock in IJmuiden, which will be completed in early 2022.
