Description
A modular mobile truck tire washing installation for mobile applications in particular, suitable for all vehicles and trailers permitted on public roads. When the vehicle approaches the installation, the process is automatically started via a sensor. A technically coordinated spray system ensures an effective clean result over the entire length of the vehicle as it travels through the unit at walking pace. The special profile construction in the coil section opens the tire profile and thereby enhances the coil effect. A specially developed nozzle characteristic ensures an efficient spray pattern for targeted rinsing of the tire profiles as well as the rim on the inside and outside and the chassis section. The spray nozzles are positioned in such a way that the view of the driver is not impeded and that as little water as possible is lost. The washing platform can be removed in its entirety so that the recycling tank is released and thus the resulting sludge and dirt can be removed. The flushing process depends on the local situation and can be set via a timer on the control cabinet. Because this is a mobile installation, use must be made of open loading stands. The length of the entry and exit stands is 5.00 m.
The installation is not to be used by caterpillar vehicles, this i.v.m. damage that the tracks in the installation will cause.

Water treatment
The dirty washing water, including the solids, will flow to the underlying recycling tank. The sludge settles while the above water flows to the pump room for reuse in the system. The sludge will have to be removed from the installation, this can be done mechanically or manually.

3 The installation consists of:

3.1 Washing platform (including a 4m3 recycling tank)

• 4.00 m long and 3.00 m wide and 0.65 m high
• Pump 1800l / min placed under washing platform
• 88 fixed nozzles in the platform and 16 in the side walls. (see overview for more information)
• Middle section constructed from robust galvanized diamond plate
• The element with integrated waste water drainage is made from a self-supporting steel construction consisting of load-bearing water-bearing profiles and corner profiles, designed for a maximum axle load of 15 tonnes.
• Static spray system for the total flushing of the inside and outside of the wheels / tires and a chassis section.
• Washing platform and loading and unloading trestles must be placed level on sufficiently paved / founded surfaces.

3.2 Recycling tank

3.3 Side walls (left / right)

• Two galvanized side walls.
• Standard height 150 cm
• 16 adjustable nozzles in the side walls (see overview for more information)
• 88 fixed nozzles in washing platform

3.4 Entry and exit stands (4x)

• 4 pieces entry and exit stands consisting of steel profiles and filled with concrete
• There are lifting eyes on the entry and exit stands
• Dimensions of each trestle 5 m long, rising from 0 to 0.60 m
• Weight of each buck approximately 1700 kg
• Place goats on sufficiently well-founded and paved surfaces.
