CPT's
on land and water
By carrying out one or more CPT's, the soil structure at the location of the project location can be determined in a relatively inexpensive manner and can be compared with what is stated on regional geological and geohydrological maps.
During CPT works inter alia the penetration resistance, local adhesive, water pressure, electrical conductivity, magnetic field and angle of inclination can be recorded. On the basis of the tests carried out and derivations made, a number of soil parameters can be determined which, in turn, are necessary ingredients for various geotechnical calculations to be carried out.
GSNED offers a variety of equipment that can respond to almost any situation, both on land and on or in the water.
